There’s a whole lot of color on the walls of Jamestown Arts Center. Bridging Patterns is a vibrant exhibit of work created by members of Rhode Island based disability service organizations. (Bridges, Inc., Flying Shuttles, Looking Upwards, Top Drawer, and 2016 Dorry winners RHD all participated.) Though based in different parts of the state, each of these groups has an art component to their day programs, providing clients with creative outlets, and roughly sixty local artists are exhibiting affordably priced work in the show. The exhibit also includes a collaboratively created Exquisite Corpse installation.
If you make it there, bring some non-perishable food; the center is also hosting an (unrelated) food drive for the month of February .
