The actual kitchens used on America’s Test Kitchen are located in Brookline, but the show’s Executive Food Editor Dan Zuccarello will be at the Weaver Library explaining how the weirdly addictive PBS program works, and how the staff assembles their carefully tested recipes for TV and radio broadcasts. I am secretly hoping there will be lots of gossip about what a loon recently departed host Chris Kimball must be. I can’t imagine him not being a complete nutjob, especially after reading the lengthy Cook’s County email missives so accurately parodied by Mallory Ortberg.
