Dreadphile Cinema is a local outfit that revives cheaply made horror movies from the VHS era. The roaming film series stops at Revival Brewing in Cranston for a free screening of Death Spa, a gory sendup of the 1980s LA health club scene, when evil haunted computers were overtaking the fitness industry. From the director of My Mom’s a Werewolf, this one features a bunch of no-name actors, gratuitous shower scenes, a Mardi Gras party, and also a brief and deadly appearance by Hilary from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
