Danish-American artist Lasse Antonsen creates abstract collages. His recent “Budapest” series features pieces made from brown paper bags and black cloth, while other work in this show incorporates an old New England scrapbook, a German ledger, and bits of old Japanese newspapers. Diamonds of cloth hide text from news clippings with intriguing headlines like “What Is Life” and “First Step To Ruin.” Antonsen’s work is paired with a Paul Clancy installation with artifacts grouped by type, from photographs to various configurations of stonework. (The title “Bricolage” refers to work made from whatever materials were handy.)
