You don’t actually need to go through a divorce to sing about heartbreak – the country music industry would be very different if that were the case – but it’s obvious that Miranda Lambert’s exhaustingly chronicled split with Blake Shelton inspired The Weight of These Wings, her fantastically low-key double album featuring two dozen songs on the subject of love and loss (and, in one case, a mysterious man with a smoking jacket). At the age of 33, Lambert’s already a country legend, winning six consecutive Country Music Association Awards for Female Performer of the Year. Old Dominion and Aubrie Sellers open. (And the show’s early enough that you can head to Aurora after to see me DJ the Hunger City party.)
