The Trade Federation

I don’t know much about Andy Boyd’s new play The Trade Federation beyond the brief description offered in the press release: “A staged reading of a new anti-capitalist play, filtered through the lens of Star Wars.” Maybe that makes you want to shriek and run, or maybe what makes you want to head to Wakefield for the sixth of eight new works that the Contemporary Theatre Company is offering this winter. Despite suffering Star Wars fatigue, I’m in the second camp.
